Installers Kenny and Phillip showed up and got to work and were done putting gutters and downspouts in short order. They did my entire home in maybe 2 to 2.5 hours. These gentlemen have 33 and 20 years respectively installing gutters and love what they do. I also liked the initial down payment was 25%, not 50% like many other companies charge. Philip did an excellent job of installing the gutters & the drainage team did an excellent job of installing the drainage. Extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Materials and install quality were very good

Had new gutters added and the extensions run underground to exit at the curb. The team also added a drain in a low spot on the driveway (required cutting of the concrete) to tie into the underground extension drains. Everything was done very well. They made certain I was happy with the results before they finished. Very happy with the results. I'd highly recommend the team.

Working with Kim on our estimate and design was such a great experience. She even let me hold on to the color samples so I could show my husband when he got home. We contacted 3 businesses, for our gutters. Storm Solutions had been recommended by a coworker, of our son. Storm Solutions was the only one to come to our home, tell us what would be used, putting up our gutters, and their quote. It gave us the opportunity to ask questions. The other two sent us a quote along with a picture of our house dimensions. We were impressed with the customer service from Storm Solutions.

I shopped my project and they had a solid price with quality materials and warranty. Their good reputation was a factor and our window guy recommended them too. Work done, looks super, quality job and very pleased. Lots of "fly by night" people out there but using a bona fide gutter business for this work is far safer with a much better result IMHO.

They did my gutters today. I will update if necessary but I highly doubt I need to. The short answer... They were amazing. The long answer... Tom was the person I met with initially. He was very nice and professional, after meeting with him I stopped looking for a professional. I had a bunch of questions and he was awesome. The people that installed them were extremely courteous as well. They were on my roof and were not stomping on it. My cat didn’t require a calming treat which is rare with contractors. The job they did was rock solid looking. Seamless and beautiful. I was slightly expecting a few dings or scratches, or jagged edges on the downspout. Not the case, and also a bonus, they cleaned up after themselves and were mindful of my plants. I resided and had my house painted. I’ve seen enough bad work or people who aren’t civil to know good workmanship. They even sent me my warranty, thank you. I will review it tomorrow. Now for the test of time!

For years now, we've had drainage issues on both sides of our house, which is confounding, given the sloping and the grade we live on. It's been a constant battle that I have grown weary of fighting. As a last-ditch effort, I called Storm Solutions of Central Florida, in hopes that a replacing-my-gutters hail mary would solve for my problems. Estimates often are just ways for companies to upsell their products without really addressing the problems, but Storm Solutions was different. They walked over the entire property and made very smart recommendations for which gutters to replace and what to replace them with. Rather than spending more than I had budgeted, they returned a plan and a quote that was as reasonable as it was smart. On the day of installation, Chris, Shane, and D'Angelo arrived early and got straight to work. I had planned to be home all day, and thus I was surprised when they knocked on my door at lunchtime to tell me they were finished. Shane walked me around the house and pointed out subtle changes they made to increase the flow of the water away from the house. He then showed me areas of potential concern along my roof and roofline, completely unrelated to the gutter installation, and suggested a plan of attack to avoid leaks in the future. I could not be happier with the new gutters (which look WAY better than my old system), and I could not be happier with our newly dry side yard areas. From start to finish, Storm Solutions delivered on every aspect of their work, but more importantly, they overdelivered on their customer service. I would use them again in an instant, and I cannot recommend them enough. If you're having water issues at your home, or if you need gutters installed, this should be the first and last business you call. Storm Solutions is all you could hope for when picking up your phone.

I am a roofing contractor so I have worked with several gutter companies. I had Storm Solutions install gutters at my own home and the entire process went smooth and gutters look great. Just recently there was a small leak at one of the gutter corners. I reached out to them to to let them know and they had someone out the very next day to fix it. Being in construction I know full well that construction projects don't normally go perfectly. Matt and his team did a fantastic job installing seamless gutters after I had my roof replaced. They were on-time, did a fantastic job, custom routed all the downspouts, got the job done in one day, all at a very good price. They form the gutters on-site, with a machine , allowing them to custom fit long runs onto my home. No seams and commercial grade sealant on the corners means no leaks. They have at least 20 different shades of gutters to select from. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great work! A+

Our rain gutters were 25+ years old. So, I had them torn off when we replaced our roof. Once the roof was finished and the house painted, I looked for a company to replace the old gutters. I chose Storm Solutions because of the reviews; it was a wise decision. I called the office and spoke with Kim, the Office Manager. We set up an appointment for the estimator. On August 30th, Tom arrived to ascertain our needs. He called ahead of time to let us know he was 15 minutes out. I received a total job cost from him in the form of an email that evening. I called Kim the next day and she worked out a day and time that would be convenient for our project and plugged us in. On September 11th, Ryan arrived (once again, after a phone call) and commenced the fabrication and installation. There was a total of 60 lineal feet that included 3 downspouts and 3 concrete diffusers. About 3 hours later we had a fine looking gutter system adorning our house. It was easy to see that Ryan knew his way around tools and working with metal. Well, today is October 7th and we finally got enough rain to measure. I can now tell you that everything works just like it is supposed to. Thanks Kim, Tom and Ryan! Just a side thought: I’m figuring most of us don’t realize just how much water is coming off our roofs; I sure as heck didn’t, until I bought a 55 gallon rain barrel. Basically, for every inch of rain that comes off a roof that measures 1000 square feet (40ft x 25ft) approximately 600 gallons is coming off that much roof! Now consider all the roofs in Central Florida…

I spoke with four different companies and decided to go with Storm Solutions for my rain gutters on a newly remodeled duplex. They came right out to give a quote, price was very competitive and the plan for how to run the gutters and where to put the downspouts was the best and made the most sense. They suggested using the gutter guards and boy am I glad I went with them. Those gutters would be entirely filled with leaves within the first month but the gutter guards work beautifully. The installers definitely knew their stuff and we're incredibly friendly and polite. We added a bunch of rocks two parts of the yard after they installed the gutters. This changed the elevation some and made the downspouts too long in a couple of places. The owner himself actually came out right away and took care of all of the minor issues on the spot. I would highly recommend this company 4 the quality of work, the competitive pricing and most importantly the customer service. We need more companies like this around Orlando.

My husband and I had Storm Solutions stop by our house to see about having some gutters replaced, correctly, because another company had installed them terribly; denting and damaging the gutters, and not even installing them with enough supports. Mr. Tom Coyne from Storm Solutions is very courteous and professional. He came by, on time, and gave us a great estimate which was half of the cost that some other contractors had quoted us. He also took time to explain how his company installs gutters, and pointed out what extra materials they offer for no additional cost, like valley guards, to keep water directed into the gutter at high flow areas around our roof. Storm Solutions also offers a multitude of color choices for both the gutters and downspouts, to match, blend-in, or coordinate well with most home paint colors, which was great! As a real estate agent, I definitely recommend that homeowners have their downspouts and gutters blend in as much as possible, to keep the curb appeal of their home, high, so being able to select which color the downspout(s) and gutter(s) will be, is a huge plus. Also, Storm Solutions really stands behind their work, as they only get paid once the job is done to the homeowner's satisfaction; unlike other companies that require a deposit or payment beforehand. Overall, I very highly recommend Storm Solutions, and will keep them as my #1 company of choice to recommend to anyone I come across who is in the market for seamless gutters installed right the first time!
